The Ninja Sword
The Ninjato has been hand forged based on the myth of swords used by the Shinobi in ancient Japan.
Its dark style is as simple as it is severe. The square and dark Tsuba of this ninja sword gives it a awesome appearance that will bring out that side of you that speaks more with looks than words.
This Ninjato was forged from 1060 high carbon steel, which makes it considerably stronger than a sword made from 1045 carbon steel. Its Blood Grove not only makes it lighter, but also gives it a notorious balance to the wielding that will give its owner a higher control over the blade. The result is strong but measured blows, with the ability to cut bamboo and other targets.
While this sword comes with a sharp Niku, which is more than suitable for use, you can also order it Ultra Sharp, which gives it an edge as sharp as that of a razor blade, or if you want you can order it not sharp (for practice). (You can find this option in the checkout page)
Its wooden core handle wrapped in black ray skin Samegawa will give its owner the firmness that can be expected from a hand-made sword, as well as a softness to the touch that will be especially appreciated when using it for long periods of time. Its wearer will immediately recognize the consistency conferred by its Full Tang structure, which considerably increases the resistance of the sword to blows.
It has a deep black colour in both the Saya and the entire handle not only gives it the appearance of a ninja weapon, but also makes its gold-coloured Habaki stand out when it is drawn; a golden glow in the dark.
Who is it for?
For those looking for a short sword like the ones the Ninjas used; simplistic but durable, with no detours or paraphernalia.
