  • Paso 1: La Hoja

    • 1060 Carbon is our most basic steel, it is heat treated and contains 0.60% carbon content.

    • 1095 Carbon steel is very hard and tough and contains 0.95% carbon, the steel is folded 13 times which creates beautiful Hada (grain pattern) on the blade. (It's Highly recommended to add clay tempering to the 1095 steel)
    • 1095 Clay tempered steel is going through diffrential hardening process which allows the blade to have a very hard edge while keeping the spine softer, making it more flexible. this steel feature an authentic hamon line that you can choose.
    • T10 is referred to as high speed steel and consists of 1% carbon content and tungsten, what makes this sword durable, resilient and tough. additionally it is has more resistent for scratches and going through the diffrential hardening process and feature an authentic Hamon line
    • 1095 Clay tempered steel is going through diffrential hardening process which allows the blade to have a very hard edge while keeping the spine softer, making it more flexible. this steel feature an authentic wave hamon line. the steel is folded 13 times which creates beautiful Hada (grain pattern) on the blade.

    • The Shihozume blade combines folded 1060 carbon steel (medium carbon) for flexibility, a 1045 carbon steel core (low carbon) for durability, and T10 high carbon steel for the edge, known for toughness and sharpness. The blade features a beautiful Hada (grain pattern) and an authentic wave hamon from the differential hardening process.
    • Tamahagane Steel is the traditional steel used to make Nihonto, referred to as the jewel steel, the Tamahagane contains high carbon content is both aesthetically beautiful and fully functional, tough and durable. Production time is about 2-4 Months.
    • 9260 Spring steel is very durable and highly flexible, it can be bent, twist and revert back to it's original shape. it has high shock absorption and it's great for cutting advance targets like Bamboo poles.

    El Hamon de una Katana es el diseño de patrones ondulados cristalinos creados alrededor del filo por el Templado de Arcilla.

    La hoja estándar de una Katana es de aproximadamente 72 cm, y el mango estándar es de 27 cm. Nosotros usamos estos tamaños para todas nuestras espadas personalizadas a no ser que solicites un tamaño especial, acorde a tu medida. Si quieres cambiar la medida de tu espada, por un pago adicional de $90 puedes elegir el tamaño que desees. Ten en cuenta que tardaremos un poco más de lo normal en prepararla.

    El Kissaki es la punta de la espada japonesa.
    Puedes elegir entre la punta tradicional (curvada) o la Kiriha Zukuri (recta).

    Paso 2: Guardamano de Espada (Tsuba)

    El Tsuba es el guardamano de la espada, y lo que te protege tanto de tu hoja como de la hoja de tu oponente. Te ofrecemos una gran variedad de Tsuba con diferentes precios y formas. Elije el que más te guste.

    Incluye Menuki, Fuchi y Kashira de Cobre de Alta Calidad

    Por $90 puedes elegir de nuestra colección los Tsuba, Fuchi, Kashira y Menuki de Cobre de Alta Calidad que desees. Todos ellos tienen un diseño refinado, tallado a mano, que mejorará el diseño de tu espada. Existen montones de combinaciones, de forma que puedas asegurarte de que tu espada será realmente única.

    Elije los Fuchi y Kashira que desees. Si buscas alta calidad, por favor selecciona la opción arriba de Tsuba de Cobre de Alta Calidad.

    Paso 3: El Mango (Tsuka)

    Elige el material y color que desees para la cobertura de tu mango (el mismo será usado también para el nudo del Saya).

    Elije el color de la cobertura de seda para el Tsuka

    El Samegawa va debajo del Ito y protege el Tsuka (Mango) a la vez que provee un agarre firme para evitar que la espada se deslice de las manos de su portador. Elije el color de Samegawa de piel de raya que desees:

    Elije entre: Katate-Maki (Agarre de Batalla) o Tsumami Maki (Agarre Tradicional)

    Paso 4: La Vaina (Saya)

    Elije ya sea Saya (Vaina) de madera lacada, madera desnuda, o sayas de alta calidad (por un cargo extra).

    RS1, RS2, y RS3 están hechos por completo de auténtica piel de raya con incrustaciones de cuerno de búfalo.
