  • Step 1: The Shirasaya Type

    The Shirasaya can be done in several different sizes and styles,

    Choose from the options below, what kind of blade you want your Shirasaya to hold:

    • Shirasaya Katana - 72 cm Blade y 25cm Handle.
    • Shirasaya Wakizashi - 50 cm Blade y 22cm Handle.
    • Tanto Shirasaya - 31 cm Blade y 15cm Handle.

    Above you can find the measurements of your Shirasaya size selection, we use our standard size on all custom swords, unless you want also the size to be customized, there is additional payment of $90 for custom size and it takes longer to make than usual.

    El hamon son los patrones ondulados cristalinos creador alrededor del filo por el Templado de Arcilla.

    El Kissaki es la punta de la espada japonesa.
    Puedes elegir entre la punta tradicional (curvada) o la Kiriha Zukuri (recta).

    The Habaki is the blade collar, this wedge shaped metal helps the sword not fall off it's Saya.

    Step 3: Wood Type

    Choose the Saya (scabbard) and Handle set from the different  available options: (The Saya and Handle will be made especially for your blade)

    In order to ensure the Shirasaya is well made and to help preserving wood and prevent splinters, we highly recommend choosing high end Brass or Buffalo horn fittings, (the set include 4 pieces to support the handle and saya from both ends. choose which type of fitting you prefer below:

    Step 4: Enhancement

    Aquí puedes mejorar tu espada para transformarla en algo extraordinario. Nuestras mejoras incluyen: Ranura de Sangre, Pulido Hadori, Grabados en la Hoja, Carbón Galvanizado.

    Por favor elije el filo que deseas para tu espada:

    Elije si quieres Ranura de Sangre (Bo-Hi) en tu espada

    Elije si quieres grabados en la espada. Podemos realizar grabados en Japonés, Chino o Ingles. De ser así, por favor ingresa exactamente lo que quieres que aparezca grabado en la espada.

    Si buscas que grabemos una imagen en la hoja, por favor sube el archivo de la misma aquí.

    • (Tamaño máximo de archivo 256 MB)

    Elije si quieres que tu katana reciba un Pulido Hadori, el cual hará resaltar su Hamon cristalino.
